Can I use Pitocin for acne?

Dermatophyte refers to Dexamethasone Compound Acetate Cream and should not be used for the treatment of acne, as it can cause damage to acne to worsen.
Dexamethasone Compound Acetate Cream is a hormonal medication that is usually used to treat skin diseases such as focal neurodermatitis, contact dermatitis and chronic eczema. If used for a long period of time it may lead to side effects such as skin atrophy, capillary dilation and secondary pathogenic bacterial infections. Therefore, it is forbidden to use it for people with broken wounds or the presence of infections.
Most acne skin surfaces with localized breakouts or bacterial infections fall within the prohibited range of Dexamethasone Acetate Cream and are therefore not to be used. If used to treat acne, it may instead stimulate the exacerbation of acne.
In the treatment of acne, the appropriate medication should be selected under the guidance of a doctor for topical application or oral administration.
