How to regulate bad stomach during breastfeeding

The main consideration for gastrointestinal problems during breastfeeding is chronic gastritis, chronic gastroenteritis, etc. It is recommended that lifestyle modification, bifidobacteria, bismuth pectin and other medications should be used to alleviate the problem.
1. Chronic gastritis: If the patient’s gastrointestinal problems are caused by chronic gastritis, it is recommended that the patient should have a regular work and rest schedule, regular diet, reduce the amount of late nights, reduce the consumption of alcohol, and eat less irritating foods such as cold, spicy, smoked and grilled foods; eat more soft and well-digested high-protein foods; and take gastric mucous membrane protectants to regulate, such as bismuth pectin, and so on.
2. Chronic enteritis: If the patient’s gastrointestinal problems are caused by chronic enteritis, probiotics can be taken to regulate the gastric mucosa, such as Bacillus subtilis and Bifidobacterium bifidum.
If the above symptoms are not relieved, or accompanied by other symptoms, you should go to the hospital in time, and give targeted treatment after clarifying the cause. All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
