How stasis develops

Causes for the formation of Blood stasis include trauma, Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency, Blood cold, Blood heat, Damp-heat and Phlegm.
1. Bruises and injuries cause damage to the veins and blood spills out of the veins, which cannot be eliminated in time, leading to the formation of blood stasis.
2. Qi deficiency fails to promote the normal operation of the blood, and blood movement is slowed down, making it easy to form blood stasis.
3. Qi stagnation, the liver qi is not comfortable, the stagnation is internal, affecting the normal operation of the blood, the blood flow is not smooth, the blood stasis occurs internally.
4. Internal invasion of cold, contraction of veins, stagnation of blood, easy to form stasis; blood-heat frying the blood, forcing the blood to move, the blood flows out of the veins, and stasis is formed over time.
5. Dampness, heat, phlegm and other pathological factors easily congest the blood vessels, preventing the blood from running and causing blood stasis.
