Liver cysts: caused by abnormalities during embryonic development, or intrahepatic bile duct dilatation causing cystic lesions in the liver. Usually there are no clinical symptoms, and can be checked regularly. 2. Hepatic parasitosis: Hepatic cysticercosis can be caused by the infection of the body by parasitic worms, in which cystic changes of the liver may appear, requiring anti-parasitic treatment, and some of them even require surgical treatment. 3. Liver abscess: certain bacteria or amoeba can cause liver abscess, ultrasonography can also be manifested as liver cystic echogenicity, which requires anti-infective or anti-parasitic treatment. Hepatic cystic echogenicity may also be related to other causes, which should be clarified and treated under the guidance of doctors.
