What’s wrong with kidney stones that heal after a few days of injections and then hurt again?

The most common reason for kidney stone pain after a few days of injection is the reoccurrence of stone symptoms. The main symptoms of kidney stones are lower back pain and microscopic hematuria. Normally, the pain of simple kidney stones is not very obvious, but after strenuous activities or when combined with ureteral stones, there will be obvious lower back pain. The pain can be relieved by injections of painkillers and antispasmodic drugs during the onset of pain. But the pain will reappear when re-exposed to the triggering factor. For kidney stones that cannot be controlled by medication, the main treatment is surgery, including ureteral flexible mirror lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.
