Inner Thigh Meridian Chart

The meridians that run along the inner thighs are the spleen meridian, the liver meridian, and the kidney meridian. The Spleen meridian travels on the inner anterior edge of the thigh, the Liver meridian is in the center, and the Kidney meridian is on the inner posterior edge.
The Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian and the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, as well as the Foot Syncopal Liver Meridian, all travel from the feet to the abdomen or chest. These three meridians also run along the medial side of the lower limbs.
1. The Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian starts at the end of the big toe, then runs up the inner side of the calf along the posterior border of the tibia to 8 inches above the inner ankle before the Foot Syncopal Liver Meridian, and then runs on the anterior border of the inner side of the thigh.
2. The Foot-Syncopal Liver Meridian starts from the hairs on the back of the big toe, travels along the front edge of the inner calf, reaches 8 inches above the inner ankle, walks after the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian, and then travels up the middle of the inner thigh.
3. The Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian starts from the little toe of the foot, travels up the inner side of the calf, and then up the back edge of the inner thigh.
