What does it mean to be hydrogen peroxide negative

Negative hydrogen peroxide indicates a normal condition. Hydrogen peroxide in the vagina is related to the amount of bacilli. Bacilli are the normal flora in the vagina and a high level of bacilli makes hydrogen peroxide negative. If the dysbiosis in the vagina causes a positive hydrogen peroxide, it is caused by a bacterial or fungal infection in the vagina and a routine leucorrhoea test is needed. If there is a bacterial infection, it is best to treat it with metronidazole suppositories. If fungal infection causes vaginitis, it can be treated with clotrimazole suppositories. It is best not to use lotion indiscriminately, especially not alkaline lotion to clean the vulva. The normal vagina is acidic, if you use alkaline lotion to destroy the acidic environment, it will cause hydrogen peroxide positive and lead to vaginitis. It is better to change your underwear regularly and wash and disinfect your underwear in time.
