The incidence of humeral tuberosity fracture is still relatively high in clinical practice, and it is often accompanied by dislocation of the shoulder joint. Premature exercise will affect the healing of the fracture and may even cause re-dislocation of the fracture. You can do wall climbing to exercise the shoulder joint mobility, or you can pull the bar to exercise the shoulder joint mobility, but you have to do it gradually and not too hard at one time, otherwise it may cause damage to the joint capsule. Most patients can regain normal shoulder joint mobility through active and hard functional exercises.
