What is the appropriate heart rate for jogging after bracing

After coronary stent implantation patients jogging heart rate control at 60-70 beats / minute is more appropriate.
1. Too fast heart rate will increase myocardial oxygen consumption, for patients with coronary artery disease will aggravate myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, which is unfavorable to the recovery of the disease, therefore, the heart rate of patients after coronary stent implantation should not be too high, the heart rate should be controlled at 60 beats/minute under resting condition, and the heart rate should be 60-70 beats/minute under exercising condition.
2. After coronary stent implantation, patients should participate in sports activities in a gradual and orderly manner, and should not be forced to do strenuous exercise, and advocate taking walks, doing health care gymnastics, playing tai chi, and so on, and the amount of activity should be based on the principle that it does not cause their own uncomfortable symptoms.
In addition to appropriate exercise, patients with coronary heart disease also need to follow the doctor’s instructions to take medication, regular follow-up in the hospital.
