Hua Tangerine Hong is a traditional Chinese medicine, which is the immature or nearly mature outer peel of Huazhou Pomelo or Pomelo in the family of Rutaceae. It is pungent and bitter in taste, warm in nature, and has the efficacy of drying dampness, resolving phlegm, regulating qi, and eliminating food. It is mainly used for the treatment of wind-cold cough with excessive phlegm, vomiting caused by dietary stagnation and indigestion, and chest and diaphragm distension.
It is often used in combination with other drugs, such as for the treatment of phlegm asthma, often used in combination with Pinellia and Phellodendron; for the treatment of bronchitis, it is often used in combination with Pericarpium and almonds.
The adverse effects of this product are not yet clear. Note that this product is prohibited for those who are allergic to this product, allergic individuals should be cautious, Qi deficiency, yin deficiency and dry cough with little phlegm is prohibited.
