Hematoma mechanized hard mass removal method

When a hematoma becomes mechanized and produces a hard mass, it must be removed by surgical incision. The incision method is usually done by local anesthesia or nerve root anesthesia, if the hard mass is relatively small, it can be removed by local anesthesia. If the hard mass is relatively large and extensive, it must be removed by nerve root anesthesia, such as brachial plexus anesthesia for the upper extremity and lumbar or combined lumbar and rigid anesthesia for the lower extremity. After anesthesia, the wound is strictly disinfected and toweled after positioning, and the skin and subcutaneous tissues are cut to expose the hard mass of hematoma mechanization gradually separated. If the hard mass is adherent to the surrounding muscles or soft tissues, it can be separated with hemostatic forceps, or scissors can be used to cut it out and then remove it completely to stop the bleeding and close the wound layer by layer.
