Montelukast Sodium Tablets are used to treat asthma and allergic rhinitis. The main ingredient of Montelukast Sodium Tablets is Montelukast Sodium, which is indicated for the prophylactic and long-term treatment of asthma in adults 15 years of age and older, including the prevention of daytime and nocturnal asthma symptoms, the treatment of patients with aspirin-sensitive asthma and the prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. It is also indicated for the relief of symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis. Montelukast Sodium Tablets can cause upper respiratory tract infections; blood pressure and lymphatic system disorders such as increased bleeding tendency and thrombocytopenia; immune system disorders; and psychiatric system disorders such as aggressive behavior, hostile arousal, anxiety, and irritability, among other adverse reactions. It is contraindicated in persons who are hypersensitive to any of the components of the product. It is recommended to use Montelukast Sodium Tablets under the guidance of a doctor and not to take the drug blindly on your own.
