Is it true that pressing the big toe prevents Alzheimer’s?

There is no evidence to suggest that pressing the big toe can prevent dementia. Alzheimer’s disease refers to Alzheimer’s disease, a degenerative condition of the central nervous system characterized by progressive cognitive dysfunction as the main symptom. Alzheimer’s disease can be mainly categorized into familial Alzheimer’s disease and sporadic Alzheimer’s disease. In patients with familial Alzheimer’s disease, there is a well-defined gene mutation site on chromosome 21, which cannot be changed by pressing the big toe. Patients with sporadic Alzheimer’s disease are now thought to have a strong relationship with the apolipoprotein gene, as well as pathological changes in the associated brain tissue that cannot be prevented by pressing the big toe alone. To prevent Alzheimer’s disease, you can train your mind; trying to prevent dementia by pressing your big toe is not advisable.
