What are the diagnostic criteria for interstitial pneumonia

Interstitial pneumonitis is a group of diffuse lung diseases mainly involving the interstitium and alveolar cavity, resulting in the loss of functional units of alveolar capillaries, and the diagnostic criteria need to be based on clinical manifestations, physical examination and auxiliary examination.
1. Clinical manifestations: dyspnea is the most common symptom, which is progressively aggravated with the progression of the disease; cough is often persistent and dry, and may be accompanied by fever, night sweats (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), and emaciation.
2. Physical examination: shortness of breath, cyanosis, Velcro murmur (continuous, high-pitched bursting sounds) with pestle-like toes can be heard in the middle and lower parts of both lungs, of which Velcro murmur is the most characteristic.
3. High-resolution CT imaging may show diffuse nodules, ground-glass lesions, lattice or honeycomb changes, and alveolar solid lesions. Decreased lung function is often characterized by restrictive ventilation and gas exchange disorders, which are manifested by decreased total lung volume, decreased lung capacity, decreased residual air volume and decreased lung compliance.
If any of the above conditions occurs, please seek prompt medical treatment for rational and standardized treatment.
