The 5-year survival rate of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer lung metastasis is around 30%. Nasopharyngeal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor occurring in the mucosal epithelium of nasopharynx, mostly in the parietal wall as well as the lateral wall of nasopharynx, especially in the pharyngeal crypts, which is one of the common malignant tumors in China. The onset of the disease is mainly related to infection, heredity and environment. If lung metastasis occurs, it indicates that the cancer has developed to advanced stage, with poor prognosis and 5-year survival rate of about 30%. For nasopharyngeal cancer patients with lung metastasis, tumor palliative treatment is the mainstay in treatment, including chemotherapeutic drugs, targeted drugs, immunotherapy, radiotherapy, interventional therapy and so on. Active treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer lung metastasis patients can prolong their survival time and improve their quality of life. It is recommended to go to hospital and actively cooperate with doctors for treatment.
