Characteristics of the rash: small erythema at the beginning, rapidly developing into painless inflammatory papules, the papules will gradually spread in a few days, forming hard knots, and the skin surface necrosis, the formation of ulcers, the shape of a round or oval, and the boundaries are clear, surrounded by oedema, the color of the base of the bulge is fleshy red, and the hardness of the cartilage when it is touched.
