Anterior cruciate ligament injuries are one of the more common knee injuries, and there is a gradual increase in the occurrence of concurrent posterior cruciate ligament injuries or posterior cruciate ligament injuries alone. We have performed reconstruction using arthroscopic techniques in patients with simple ACL injury, simple posterior cruciate ligament injury, and simultaneous anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury.
