How to check for allergic rhinitis

The main tests for allergic rhinitis include: 1. Visual examination: see the pale and edematous nasal mucosa, edema of both inferior turbinates, watery and mucus-like secretions in the nasal cavity; 2. Skin prick test: check for allergens, which are not easily accepted by children due to their invasive nature; 3. Specific antibody IgE test: clarify the allergens and the degree of allergy, and this test index is more objective; 4. Nasal excitation test: can be used as the gold standard for diagnosing allergic rhinitis, but not much is done clinically at present due to the high risk.
