Generally speaking, exceeding the normal body temperature range is regarded as fever. According to different measurement methods, the range of normal body temperature is different, the normal value of axillary measurement is 36℃-37℃, the normal value of oral measurement is 36.2℃-37.2℃, and the normal value of ear measurement is 36.5℃-37.5℃. There are physiological (non-disease factors) and pathological (disease factors) two kinds of temperature rise, physiological temperature rise, can be seen in strenuous exercise, labor or meal after a transient temperature rise, while pathological temperature rise can be seen in infection, tumor, heart disease and other causes. Pneumonia infected by new coronavirus is a new infectious disease, which is mainly manifested by fever, fatigue, dry cough, and a few patients are accompanied by nasal congestion, runny nose, diarrhea and other symptoms. If fever occurs and physiological factors are ruled out, isolation is required (according to relevant reports, at present, in public places in some areas, a person with a body temperature over 37.2°C will be isolated, so we are reminded again to pay attention to the measurement of body temperature on a daily basis, and it is recommended that the person be observed at home if the body temperature exceeds 37.2°C). For those who are isolated, at the same time to understand other conditions, such as contact history, imaging and any other symptoms of discomfort, etc., according to the different situations can be taken in different isolation, as follows: Medical isolation: for confirmed cases need to be immediately isolated for treatment, and suspected cases need to be placed under medical observation, and at the same time to conduct laboratory tests, in order to confirm the diagnosis. Suspected cases: history of travel or residence in Wuhan or other areas with persistent transmission of local cases 14 days before the onset of the disease; contact with patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from Wuhan or other areas with persistent transmission of local cases within 14 days before the onset of the disease; clustered morbidity or epidemiological correlation with patients infected with novel coronavirus. At the same time, the following clinical manifestations were met: 1. Fever; 2. Imaging features of pneumonia, i.e., early presentation of multiple small patchy shadows and interstitial changes, which were evident in the extrapulmonary bands. Progressively develop into multiple grinding glass shadow and infiltration shadow in both lungs, and in severe cases, solid lung changes may appear, and pleural effusion is rare; 3, the total number of leukocytes is normal or reduced in the early stage of the disease, or the lymphocyte count is reduced; Requirements for lifting the medical quarantine: 1, the body temperature is back to normal for more than 3 days, and the respiratory symptoms are obviously improved; 2, 2 consecutive respiratory pathogens nucleic acid test is negative (at least 1 day between the sampling time). If the above two criteria are met, the isolation can be lifted, and the patient may also be transferred to the appropriate department to continue auxiliary treatment according to the specific condition. Home isolation: For the general population who have not been to Wuhan before the onset of the disease and have no history of contact with symptoms such as fever, cough, etc., it is recommended that home isolation be adopted for observation if the following conditions are met: 1, symptoms are mild, body temperature is lower than 38 ℃, there is no obvious shortness of breath, shortness of breath, chest tightness, dyspnea, respiration, blood pressure, heart rate, and other vital signs are stable. 2, no serious respiratory system, cardiovascular system and other basic diseases and severe obesity. Such people need to return to normal body temperature for more than 3 days, all the symptoms have disappeared, before lifting the isolation. How to isolate at home at home 1, it is best to live alone. If there is no condition to live with others, it is best to live alone in a well-ventilated room and close the door. If conditions do not permit, other members of the family should keep at least one meter away from the quarantined person and try not to have close contact; 2. Try to wear a mask, disposable gloves and protective clothing such as a plastic apron. Replace the mask promptly when it becomes wet or after four hours. Before taking gloves, after taking off the gloves, you have to wash your hands in time, take off the mask, and wash your hands after discarding the mask; 3, keep indoor ventilation. Open the windows twice a day for thirty minutes each time, and leave a small slit in the window to ventilate the room at night when you sleep; 4. Household items that are frequently and frequently touched should be cleaned with disinfectant every day, and bathrooms and toilets should also be disinfected at least once a day.
