Surgical procedures combined with endoluminal techniques for the treatment of peripheral arterial occlusive disease

Peripheral arterial sclerotic stenosis: including carotid artery, subclavian artery, celiac artery, superior mesenteric artery, renal artery and lower limb artery sclerotic stenosis. Our department routinely performs carotid endarterectomy for carotid stenosis, aorta-femoral artery, femoral-N artery and femoral-femoral artery artificial vessel bypass surgery for lower limb arterial sclerosis occlusion, and in recent years, we also use the minimally invasive endoluminal vascular technique DEEP balloon dilatation arterioplasty for arterial occlusion below the knee, balloon dilatation combined with stent implantation for carotid artery stenosis and renal artery stenosis, which has achieved good results.
