Bedtime and wake up time for insomnia patients

  Many of my friends with insomnia have had the experience of consciously going to bed early the next day after losing sleep, hoping to make up for lost sleep time, but what happens? Although the time to go to bed can not be bound, but the time to get up must be fixed. Some sufferers get up late because they feel that they slept poorly, hoping to make up for it, but this is actually a mistake.
