Tertiary reduction refers to a decrease in the erythrocyte system, the granulocyte system, and the megakaryocyte system, referred to as the erythrocyte system, the granulocyte system, and the megakaryocyte system. Blood test shows that all the red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets are reduced, which is called trilogy reduction. The triple thrombocytopenia can cause a decrease in the production of the red blood cell system leading to anemia, a decrease in the production of the granulocyte system leading to infections or fever, and a decrease in the production of the megakaryocyte system leading to difficulty in stopping bleeding when it occurs.
