Pancreatic cancer is a kind of malignant tumor, and after surgery of pancreatic cancer, according to the pathology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and other ways can be chosen for treatment. 1. Chemotherapy: Domestic guidelines point out that postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy should be carried out for pancreatic cancer, and it should be started as far as possible within 8 weeks after operation, and according to the physical status of the patients, combined chemotherapy program is preferred. Before chemotherapy, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive examination on patients’ physical condition, blood routine, liver and kidney function, and if the patients have reached the standard of chemotherapy, they can use gemcitabine combined with tiglio and other medicines, so as to improve the prognosis of the patients. 2. Radiotherapy: the role of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy in delaying recurrence and improving prognosis is still controversial and lacks high-level evidence support. 3. Targeted therapy: there is no high-level evidence that molecular targeted therapy, immunotherapy, cell therapy, etc. are used in postoperative adjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer and bring survival benefits to patients; however, for patients with gene mutations, it is recommended to choose appropriate targeted therapy drugs according to the specific situation to improve the patient’s prognosis. Postoperative pancreatic cancer patients should carry out standardized treatment under the guidance of physicians, quit smoking and drinking, and take reasonable diets according to the situation.
