In case of symptomatic middle root fracture or crown-root union fracture, extraction is usually given; 4. In case of tooth displacement and dislocation, repositioning or tooth reimplantation with ligature fixation is usually performed, and the pulp condition is observed at all times and treated accordingly; 5. In case of fracture of alveolar process, after the diagnosis is confirmed by X-ray, manual repositioning is performed as far as possible, and then ligature fixation is performed for 3-4 weeks, and the patient is advised to follow up.
