How to cure hives without recurrence

Urticaria cannot be cured. Urticaria is a limited edematous reaction due to dilation of small blood vessels in the skin mucosa, and increased permeability, which usually subsides within 2-24 hours, but repeatedly occurs as a new rash. Its etiology is complex, and the cause cannot be found in about 3/4 of patients, especially in chronic urticaria. The etiology includes food and food additives, inhalation allergic, infectious, pharmacological, physical, psychological, medical diseases, genetic factors, all of which can lead to urticaria, which turns into chronic urticaria if it remains untreated for more than 6 weeks. Clinical manifestations often begin with itching of the skin, followed by the appearance of wind clusters, which are bright red or pale, skin-colored, or in a few cases, only edematous erythema. The size and shape of the clusters vary, the duration of the attack is variable, and they gradually spread and can fuse with each other to form patches that start and end quickly and leave no trace after fading. Antihistamines are effective and can be combined with antihistamines, which should be changed for poor results. In case of acute attacks, extensive rash and laryngeal edema, intramuscular epinephrine, or antihistamine preparations or glucocorticoids can be temporarily applied, which are the second-line drugs for urticaria treatment and are generally used for severe acute urticaria.
