Clinically there is no breastfeeding to eat what the baby does not flatulence, generally through burping, improve the breastfeeding position, adjust the diet and follow the doctor’s advice to take probiotics and other methods to improve the symptoms of flatulence in newborns.
1. Burp: After breastfeeding, you can gently pat the baby’s back to promote hiccups and exhaust, to prevent the baby’s stomach from bloating.
2. Improve breastfeeding posture: When breastfeeding, babies may inhale too much air if they are not in the right position, which can lead to bloating, hiccups and many other problems. The correct position should let the baby’s face and mother’s breast close, so as to ensure that the baby’s mouth can fully hold the nipple.
3. Dietary adjustments: During breastfeeding, mothers should try not to eat foods that are easy to flatulence, including beans, corn, sweet potatoes and spicy foods. Also, eating foods high in sugar can cause flatulence, so you should reduce the intake of these foods.
4. Taking probiotics: If the flatulence is not relieved, you can use probiotics, such as Bifidobacterium bifidum and Clostridium casei, to regulate the intestinal flora under the guidance of your doctor.
If the baby’s flatulence is not relieved, parents are advised to take the baby to the regular hospital in time.
