How is sinusitis treated?

The treatment of rhinosinusitis has always been a worldwide problem. Since rhinosinusitis is a multifactorial disease, i.e., rhinosinusitis is caused by a combination of etiologies rather than a single factor, special emphasis is placed on comprehensive treatment, which is usually difficult to achieve satisfactory results with a single approach. Because the causative factors of rhinosinusitis may be different for each patient, individualized treatment is equally important. The same approach for all patients is usually not effective. General treatment: 1. Prevention of air pollution, including outdoor pollution and home pollution. These foods tend to lead to the secretion of large amounts of stomach acid, causing gastroesophageal reflux. This reflux is not always perceived by the patient. 4, avoid subhealthy state. Sub-healthy state of human resistance is reduced, prone to disease. Medication (self-medication without medical supervision is not recommended): 1. Nasal saline rinse. 2, local steroid hormone. 3.Long-term low-dose lactone antibiotic treatment. 4, systemic application of antibiotics. 5.Chinese medicine treatment.
