Migraine with aura accounts for about 15-18% of all migraine types, and most have a family history. The course of migraine with aura is divided into three phases. 1. The first phase is the aura phase, in which most patients will have a brief aura before the attack, such as a visual aura, in which the patient sees things with flashes or flashes or sees things with darkness or hemianopia. There may also be distortion of objects and change in color. Secondly, there may be somatosensory aura. Patients usually have numbness and abnormal sensation in one limb or face, but motor aura is less common. The aura usually lasts for a few minutes to about 20 minutes, and the patient will have a headache. 2. The second is the headache phase, after the onset of the aura, about 2/3 of the patients will have temporal or retro-orbital throbbing headache, usually accompanied by nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, and easily provoked. 3. The third is the late phase of the headache, after the headache subsides, the patient often shows fatigue, weakness, and poor appetite. Weakness and poor appetite, which can improve in 1-2 days.
