Breastfeeding can be judged comprehensively by observing the baby’s weight, sleep, stool, mother’s breast and sucking. 1. Weight: The baby’s weight growth trend is good, and the weight is in line with the standard weight for babies of the same age and gender. 2. Sleep: Judge by the baby’s sleep, if the baby is not crying and difficult to appease, and the quality of sleep is good. 3. Stool: by observing the number of stools, usually 2~5 times, and the character is good, there is no excessive thinning or dry knot. 4. Mother’s breasts: Breasts are full before breastfeeding and empty after breastfeeding. 5. Sucking situation: the baby can hear the swallowing sound when taking milk, and naturally releases the nipple after drinking, without crying or noisy situation.
