Generally speaking, a negative ultrasound during pregnancy has no effect on the fetus.
On the one hand, ultrasound has no radiation and will not affect the fetus; on the other hand, ultrasound will not touch the uterus directly, but only slightly touch the cervix, which will not affect the fetus. The most important thing is that the high resolution of the ultrasound can clearly observe the growth and development of the fetus in the uterus, so it is suitable for use during pregnancy, and do not need to worry too much.
During pregnancy, women need to undergo regular ultrasound examinations to observe the fetal heart and buds, to determine the presence of malformations, and also to undergo an oral glucose tolerance test in mid-pregnancy to determine the presence of blood glucose abnormalities. In late pregnancy, the size of the fetus and the woman’s pelvis need to be evaluated to determine the appropriate mode of delivery.
All of the above tests should be conducted under the guidance of the doctor, who will choose the method that will have the least impact on the fetus, and the pregnant woman can actively cooperate with the doctor.
