The recurrence rate of stage 1a2 lung adenocarcinoma is about 20% for the 60% adherent type. Stage 1a2 lung adenocarcinoma is often surgically resected, which can achieve very good clinical results. Lung adenocarcinoma stage 1a2 adenomatous type belongs to early stage of lung cancer, after surgical resection, the prognosis is generally good, with a 5-year survival rate of about 85%; the recurrence rate of 60% adenomatous type of lung adenocarcinoma stage 1a2 is about 20%. However, the specific recurrence rate is affected by many factors. For example, if the patient is older, immunocompromised, and unable to avoid exposure to cancer-causing factors, the risk of recurrence is higher. The chance of recurrence is also higher if there are high risk factors and no adjuvant treatment after surgery. The prognosis of lung cancer patients depends on whether they can be detected early, diagnosed early and treated timely and reasonably, so it is recommended that patients actively follow the doctor’s instructions and cooperate with the treatment.
