How is chronic cervicitis treated?

The treatment of cervical erosion is divided into medication and physical therapy.  Pharmacological treatment: local drug application.  Physical therapy: freezing, laser, electric ironing or microwave therapy are chosen.  Precautions: 1. Before treatment, cervical cytology should be routinely performed.  2. Acute genital inflammation is a contraindication to treatment.  3.Treatment is usually performed 3-7 days after menstruation.  4. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment.
