There are physiological and pathological right adnexal cysts, if they are physiological cysts, they usually do not need special treatment and are not serious; if they are pathological cysts, they are benign and can be followed up, if they are malignant, they are more serious and need active treatment. Physiological cysts in the right adnexa are mainly seen in corpus luteum cysts and follicular cysts, which mostly appear or disappear with the physiological cycle and generally do not cause adverse health effects, therefore, physiological cysts of 4cm can be reviewed regularly. Pathological cysts are benign and malignant, smaller benign cysts with diameter less than 5cm and better echogenicity can be observed on follow-up; generally cysts with diameter greater than 5cm can be considered for surgical treatment with better prognosis. Malignant cysts are generally treated mainly by surgery, together with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Because the onset of adnexal cysts is related to endocrine disorders, attention should be paid to diet in daily life, do not consume foods with high hormone content, such as royal jelly and beans, and do not eat spicy and stimulating foods, and quit smoking and alcohol.
