Effects of Anacin

Anacin belongs to the class of antipyretic and analgesic drugs. It is a compound made by combining aminopyrine (Advil) and sodium sulfite, which can reduce high fever and relieve pain, treat migraine, headache, muscle and joint pain, dysmenorrhea; it also has a strong anti-rheumatic effect, and can treat acute rheumatoid arthritis. It is a powerful antipyretic and analgesic drug, better and faster than the usual antipyretic and analgesic drugs, such as acetaminophen (paracetamol) and ibuprofen, and much better than aminopyrine. However, the side effects of anandamide are many and serious, mainly the reduction or lack of granulocytes, which usually starts rapidly and can lead to death in serious cases; it can also lead to hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura and aplastic anemia (reblocking), as well as severe skin allergy, acute and severe liver and kidney damage and anaphylaxis, which can be life-threatening, and long-term application can damage the liver and kidneys and cause dependence. The use of Anacin has been banned in many countries, so its application is not recommended.
