Case 1 The surgery was completed in July 2012 and the operation time was 50 minutes Case 2 The surgery was completed in November 2012 and the operation time was 30 minutes Case 3 Acute pyogranulomatous appendicitis with perforation, previous history of open cholecystectomy, severe peripheral adhesions, difficult operation, but overcame the difficulties and insisted on completing the minimally invasive surgery. The advantages of minimally invasive surgery were fully demonstrated. The surgery was completed in August 2013. The operation time was 120 minutes.
