Plasmacytoma is usually a malignant tumor, a malignant plasma cell proliferative disease, or often referred to as myeloma, of which the most common is multiple myeloma, a malignant tumor of abnormal proliferation of plasma cells within the bone marrow. In addition, there is also isolated plasma cell tumor, which is a relatively inert and very slow-growing malignant tumor. The disease is mainly seen in middle-aged and elderly people, and a little more often in men. In the early stage, there is often no symptom, but slowly as the disease progresses, bone pain, anemia, hypercalcemia, renal insufficiency, recurrent infections, and mainly pain as the first symptom are more frequent. In addition, other manifestations like tumor, such as fatigue, weakness, anemia, wasting, etc., will also appear as the disease progresses.
