Uneven echoes on ultrasound is a common presentation on ultrasound imaging, which may be caused by inflammation of an organ or cystic space occupancy of an organ.
1. Inflammation in organs: If there are inflammatory changes and fluid exudation in the detected area, it may lead to uneven echoes in ultrasonography, which should be combined with clinical symptoms and further blood tests and other related examinations to make a comprehensive judgment.
2. Cystic-solid occupations in organs: If there are cystic-solid occupations, such as cysts, tumors, hemangiomas, etc., in the detected area, there is a certain difference between the lesion structure and the surrounding normal tissue structure, and the ultrasonography may suggest uneven echogenicity.
If the result of ultrasonography shows uneven echoes, the relevant examination should be improved as soon as possible to make a clear diagnosis and carry out targeted treatment in a timely manner.
