1.Physiological jaundice: jaundice appears 2~3 days after birth of full-term babies, peaks in 4~5 days, subsides in 5~7 days, and does not exceed 2 weeks at the latest; jaundice of preterm babies appears 3~5 days after birth, peaks in 5~7 days, subsides in 7~9 days, and delays for up to 3~4 weeks. Generally, no special treatment is needed.
2. Pathologic jaundice:

(2) Blood exchange therapy: Pathological jaundice can be treated with blood exchange therapy, in which normal homozygous blood is injected into the child’s body to dilute and dilute the content of bilirubin in the body itself, and the concentration of bilirubin can be rapidly reduced in a short period of time.
(3) Treatment for the cause: jaundice is only a symptom, we should find the cause and then targeted treatment, such as hemolytic jaundice, you can use gammaglobulin to help close the antibody and slow down the process of hemolysis.
