Symptoms of malignant adrenal tumors

Very few adrenal tumors are malignant, and there are no specific symptoms of malignant adrenal tumors. The most typical symptom of adrenal adenoma may be hypertension, and hypertension may be more pronounced as elevated diastolic blood pressure. In the case of pheochromocytoma of the adrenal gland, which is malignantly hypertensive, blood pressure may increase suddenly, and after the increase, blood pressure may not be effectively measured. Some experts currently believe that adrenal pheochromocytoma should be treated as malignant, mainly because it may lead to acute congestive heart failure, acute pulmonary edema, and cerebral hemorrhage when blood pressure is elevated, and may be combined with lesions at other sites when blood pressure is high. The symptoms of malignant adrenal adenoma must be taken seriously enough to get the appropriate examination and early surgical treatment.
