Clinical manifestations and etiology of ectopic pregnancy

A history of menopause, followed by irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause, is the most common manifestation of ectopic pregnancy. Some will present with a vague pain or soreness in one side of the lower abdomen. In case of rupture of ectopic pregnancy, there will be sudden tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, which will be persistent, accompanied by anal swelling, with nausea, vomiting, and some people will also have fainting. The main cause of ectopic pregnancy is inflammation of the fallopian tube. Inflammation of the fallopian tube can cause the lumen of the tube to be incompetent, so after the fertilized egg is fertilized in the jugular abdomen, it has no way to move to the uterine cavity through this place, and stays in the fallopian tube area, causing tubal pregnancy.
