Routine white belt tests do not check for gonococcus. Routine white belt examination mainly includes fungus, trichomonas, bacteria, cleanliness of the white belt, pH, etc., and does not include the examination of gonococcus. Gonococcus is the causative agent of gonorrhea, and its symptoms are mainly purulent infection of the urinary system, which belongs to sexually transmitted diseases. To determine whether gonococcus is infected, smear examination is needed to take secretions for gonococcal culture, and if lindococcus is found in the picture or gonococcus is present in the culture result, it is beneficial to the diagnosis of gonorrhea when combined with clinical symptoms. If there is yellow pus-like discharge from the genital system and there is frequent, urgent and painful urination, it is considered that it may be caused by gonorrhea and screening for gonococcus is needed. If the usual pre-operative or gynecological physical examination is performed for routine white belt examination, gonococcal bacteria are not checked.
