Bleeding from the cervix after straining to defecate may be cervical cancer, but it may also be caused by other diseases, such as acute or chronic cervical inflammation, submucosal uterine fibroids and so on.
1. Acute or chronic cervical inflammation: If there is acute or chronic cervical inflammation, due to congestion and edema of the cervix, if the fecal matter stimulates the cervix during defecation, it may also lead to contact bleeding. 3. Submucosal fibroids: If there are submucosal fibroids, during bowel movement, due to straining, the increased pressure in the abdominal cavity may induce uterine contraction, which may lead to bleeding.
Cervical bleeding when straining to defecate may be related to cervical disease, or it may be due to bleeding from the intestines, anus and other parts of the body mistaken for cervical bleeding, you need to go to the hospital to check it out.
