What illnesses are seen in pain medicine?

The Department of Pain Medicine is responsible for treating chronic pain disorders. Pain that lasts more than a month or recurs is prescribed as chronic pain. 1. Intervertebral disc pain Characterized by pain or numbness in the lower back, legs or neck, shoulder and arm caused by sitting, standing or walking for a long time, relieved by lying down. Such as after headache, arm pain, shoulder pain, lumbosacral pain, sciatica and so on. 2, cervical spondylosis: divided into six types, characterized by head, neck, shoulder, back pain or burning pain, arm numbness, dizziness, tinnitus, panic and nausea. 3.Arthralgia: characterized by joint swelling and pain or redness. Such as knee, elbow or ankle joint inflammation. 4, neuralgia: characterized by paroxysmal pain such as lightning-like, cut-like, burning-like, needle-like, pulling-like or numbness. Such as trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, arm pain, herpes zoster neuralgia and post-pain, diabetic neuralgia. 5, head and face pain: such as trigeminal neuralgia, cervical headache, migraine and so on. Myofascial pain: characterized by soreness of the neck, shoulder and waist, localized pressure pain, cold, night or morning pain, relieved by activities or physical therapy. Such as neck and pillow pain, frozen shoulder, lumbar and back muscle strain, hip and leg pain, heel pain and so on. 6.Osteoporosis pain: characterized by turning pain and getting up pain, such as vertebral compression fracture or metastatic cancer. Ischemic pain: vertebral artery-type cervical spondylosis, vasculitis, femoral head necrosis, Raynaud’s disease and so on. 8, Systemic pain: such as osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, ankylosing spondylitis, somatization disorder. Cancer pain: such as tumor invasive pain or metastatic pain.
