HPV16 negative is not serious because HPV16 negative indicates that it is not infected with HPV virus. HPV16 is a high-risk human papillomavirus, which is a dangerous human papillomavirus. If a woman is persistently infected for more than 2 years, it will increase the risk of inducing cervical cancer. Therefore, if there is HPV16 infection, it is recommended to cooperate with TCT examination and colposcopy, and then target medication for treatment.
