2. Secondary dysmenorrhea: such as dysmenorrhea caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, commonly used drugs such as ceftriaxone sodium, metronidazole and other antibiotics, if necessary, consider surgery to completely remove the lesions; there are also uterine fibroids caused by dysmenorrhea, commonly used drugs such as gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues, mifepristone, etc., and consider surgical resection of fibroid or hysterectomy, if necessary.
