What are the symptoms of urinary tract diseases?

The signs of urinary system diseases can be divided into: 1. Those with obvious urinary system symptoms: mainly urinary changes, such as urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary pain, enuresis, difficult urination, etc.; urinary changes, such as hematuria, pus urine, celiac disease, etc.; pain with obvious connection to organs or parts of the urinary system, such as renal colic, bladder pain, etc. If the patient has such symptoms, the initial diagnosis can be made by combining the medical history and systemic manifestations. The diagnosis can be confirmed by routine urinalysis and targeted special tests, such as imaging and endoscopy with X-rays, B-type ultrasound scans, etc. Patients with urinary tract infections, stones, tumors (especially bladder tumors), etc. are mostly in this category. 2.Patients with systemic symptoms without obvious urinary system symptoms only have fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, low fever, increased blood pressure, etc., without obvious urinary system symptoms. In such cases, the disease in question is easily overlooked. For example, patients with chronic glomerulonephritis may have no obvious urinary symptoms for a long time until they develop renal insufficiency, and then they are often seen for poor appetite or anemia. Some patients with renal tumor do not have typical symptoms such as hematuria, mass and pain, but only have low fever. In the absence of urinary symptoms, routine urine examination can often provide important clues. For example, proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis and increased red blood cells in urine (microscopic hematuria) in tumor can be extremely helpful for diagnosis. When the cause of hypothermia, anemia, edema, hypertension, etc. is uncertain, urine tests should be emphasized and repeated if necessary. Systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, gout and occupational diseases can cause secondary nephropathy, and drugs can also cause kidney damage, so care should be taken not to miss the diagnosis. 3, asymptomatic urological diseases, early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease is very important. Therefore, regular health checkups are extremely important, including rectal examination (to understand the prostate), routine urine examination and B-type ultrasound examination of kidney parts, which can detect kidney cancer less than 2cm in diameter and improve the efficacy of timely surgery.
