(1) Fuxueyuan Xiexue Tang: This formula mainly consists of Chaihu, Safflower, Juniperus communis root, Peach kernel, Andrographis paniculata, Angelica sinensis, Glycyrrhiza glabra, and Rhubarb, which can activate blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and dredge the liver, and it can be used for treating patients with blemishes of blood stasis constitution. The contraindications and adverse reactions of this formula are not clear.
(2) Gui Zhi Fu Ling Pill: This formula is mainly composed of Gui Zhi, Paeoniae Alba, Tao Ren and Poria, which can activate blood circulation, remove blood stasis and slow down the efficacy of plaques, and can be used to treat patients with blood stasis and body spots. Gui Zhi Poria Pill should be used with caution for those with weak spleen and stomach and menstruating women, and is contraindicated in pregnant women, and the adverse effects are not yet clear.
2. External Acupuncture Therapy: Patients with blood stasis with spots can use acupuncture points such as Sea of Blood, Sanyinjiao, Hegu, Taichong, etc. to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating patients with blood stasis with spots.
