Treatment of patients with recurrent follicular lymphoma

  The Lymphoma Center of the Hospital of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, is participating in the “Randomized, Open Phase III Study: Ofatumumab Monotherapy versus Rituximab Monotherapy in Patients with Follicular Lymphoma Relapsed after Rituximab-Containing Regimen”.  The study is being conducted at more than 130 study centers in 18 countries worldwide.  The study has been approved by the China Food and Drug Administration (Grant No. 2012L01495) and our ethics committee and is being conducted at 11 research centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou.  The study will use a fully human monoclonal antibody with a control treatment regimen of melova to observe the benefit of patients with recurrent follicular lymphoma The primary recruitment criteria for this clinical study are outlined as follows: 1. 18 years of age or older, 2. Patients with a clear pathological diagnosis of follicular lymphoma 3. Relapse after previous treatment with melova After screening and enrollment in the study, the sponsor will provide study treatment drug and related examination costs.
