What are the symptoms of Madrone’s disease

Madrone’s disease is also known as benign symmetric lipomatosis. Patients mainly have painless fatty masses, neck deformity, limited neck movement, and some patients may have dyspnea and dysphagia. Benign symmetric lipomatosis is most common in middle-aged men, the patient’s fat will be diffusely deposited in the upper part of the body, especially in the neck, there will be painless fat lumps, the appearance of the “cow’s neck” or “hump back”, usually lead to neck deformity, limited movement.
