How to regulate high uric acid diet

High uric acid should adhere to a low purine diet to regulate, eat more vegetables and fruits, milk, drink more water.
High uric acid is related to the excessive production of urate and/or reduced renal excretion of uric acid, and should limit the intake of purine, because the metabolite of purine is uric acid, so a low purine diet is particularly important. Therefore, the daily dietary purine content should be controlled below 200mg, avoiding the intake of high-purine diets, such as animal offal, crustaceans, thick soup and so on.
